Welcome to Property Mazatlan

Property Mazatlan, is a husband and wife team, who came to Mazatlan in 2007, fell in love with the place so much, that we wanted to stay....so we did, and purchased an apartment !

We quickly learnt that buying a property in Mazatlan was slightly different to what we had been used to before, (restricted zone / Fideicomiso) but not too different, and basically saw the need for an agency, that having been through the process of buying here ourselves, could help others do exactly the same, and fulfil their dreams.

Our combined experience in real estate, covers more than 15 years, (albeit in Europe and South America), but the basics remain the same. Gain as much info prior to your purchase, ask as many questions as possible, get them answered, and feel a "connection" with your agent.

Our mission is to do exactly that, and help you buy in confidence. We endeavour to reply to your enquiries in a timely manner and "hold your hand" every step of the way, as if it were our own purchase.
